Incorrect position of Dealer button in 9-handed play.

Here are my notes on where the dealer button appears when various players are the dealer:

6 o'clock (i.e. the user) - fine
7 o'clock - mostly obscured by avatar's head
9 o'clock - not clear if this isn't 7 o'clock - i.e. it appears halfway between the players
10 o'clock - perfect
11 o'clock - perfect
1 o'clock - not perfect but clear enough, if you're working on this for the other positions then please move it a bit to the right
2 o'clock - perfect
3 o'clock - partway between 3 and 4,
4 o'clock - mostly obscured by avatar's head
