Ticket error to enter tournament - third edition

Hello,

With the new client, its impossible to use a 2UO ticket   to register for the unibet open €1 turbo. It was working with the last client allowing to have 2 buyins for it. Is it intentional or is it a bug ? 

I see we can still multibuy in cash (up to 3 buyins) so it shoudl be possible to use a 2Uo ticket for it.

In the same  kind of example:  it is not possible to register to a 4€ tournament with 2 x 2Mtt.

I registered to the 4€ step it up and it didnt give me the chance to pay with 2 x 2Mtt  (i only wanted to check and ended up playing it...lol)

I have 3 25 ticket son my account:  2 x 25UK and 1 x 25Mtt as seen below

I wanted to register to the UK25 ...and the only option i get is to use my 25Mtt .. or 2 x 25Mtt that i dont have (seems the uk25 is considered as a 25mtt as well ?)  see picture below. maybe it has to do with the 25mtt having a closer validity date than the uk25 ?  anyway, its a bug. I cant register a uk25 as long as i have a 25mtt :(

Sorry about the trouble , but thanks for reporting the bug - the poker crew will check up on it! I'd like to be as helpful as possible, so if you want me to exchange all your €25 MTT tickets to UK, then just let me know :)

WHERE can I see my tickets? I don't understand this new software, is like the web site plataform.... I never can see my tickets..... so where I find them? I can choose my tickets open tables but I wanna see all my tickets and the days to expire without open tables... is possible like before?

Today i used the 1 eur SNG ticket I got as part of the missions promo.

Opened Profile > opened ticket > selected 2 seat SNG > played SNG 

After the SNG was over the ticket was still displayed as usable in my profile - I initially thought I'd bought in using cash by mistake - though when I opened another SNG it was no longer possible to use the ticket.

When I exited profile and reopened it the ticket was correctly marked as used.

Observed on: Desktop client, Windows 10

My Windows 10 laptop did not have Directx 11 so I have been playing on the Mozilla Firefox Web Client since Dec 1. Not great, but at least I can play.

Yesterday, I wanted to use my €2 MTT ticket for the Community League game. When I was presented with the box to type in the password, I did not see an option to use the ticket. I entered the password hoping to see the option later, but was immediately taken to the table. When I checked my cash balance and tickets, I saw the ticket was still there, and €2 had been debited form my cash balance.

1 - Could you please check/fix this at your earliest convenience? Or make the option to use the ticket (even) more obvious?

2 - Could you please convert my €2 MTT ticket into a €2 credit to my cash balance?

I cannot register for €10 se tourny using my 10mtt ticket. Just takes cash.No ticket symbol next to tourny on lobby either.

With the new version of poker client, i still have some trouble with tickets to register tournaments. @Chris-Unibet

This time, its an mtt tournament, 1 euro buy in.  I can't buy in with a 1mtt...   the option is there as seen on screenshot .. but i keep clicking ticket and it doesnt want to take it. Its a different bug than the ticket not appearing in the possibilities to register

I just entered the same MTT with the MTT ticket I got from the Advent mission. Worked ok for me. I only had one ticket though.

@MoreTBC  thats weird ...    i even tried to shut down the poker client and started it again and i still couldn't use the ticket.  I also tried to take another 1mtt in the list and it still didn't work.

On the other hand, i had no problem registering for another 1€ mtt later last night. I wonder if it was because it was already in latereg that it did'nt work.

I guess its to be followed :)

It would be the two things I would think they need to check :-

• If having multiples of the same/certain ticket(s) means you can't reg MTTs
• If the MTT being in play affects the above.

There is a bug (or feature) in the system and I can explain it better with an example.

Lets say I have some tickets with value of 4 euro and they are distributed like that:
(1) 5x4 euro UK Tour tickets acquired on 1st of January (expires in 25 days);
(2) 10x4 euro UK Tour tickets acquired on 3rd of January (expires in 5 days);
(3) 2x4 euro MTT tickets acquired on 2nd of January (expires in 15 days);

When I try to register 4 euro UK Tour Tournament, the poker client do not offer me which ticket to use, but decide to use them in some strange logic.
First used are tickets in group (1), because they are acquired most early, then are used the tickets in group (3) and last are used tickets in group (2).
In old poker client, when I tried to register some MTT there was a drop down menu, where I can choose which ticket to use. Now in the new client there is no way to choose which ticket to use.
So in my example, until I have 4 euro UK Tour tickets, I do not want to use 4 euro MTT tickets. And I want to use tickets by expiration period.
I hope, that I explain this issue good.

Thanks for the write up, I agree that ticket selection should work better and we are looking in to ways to improve it.
