how to change email address?

I see the email change in your account log , it will change here on the community automatically as the two accounts are connected :)

 Click this link and make sure that the box in front of 'Don't send me any community emails' is empty: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile

If it's not empty, change it to empty and save it :Smile:

Also, try this:

Check that you’ve signed up to receive news and offers from Unibet, by logging in and going to Edit Preferences in your account.

If you’re already signed up to receive the emails, check that they’re not going into your spam folder

Add these e-mails to your contacts: contact@unibetcommunity.com and info@unibet-mail.com

Hi!

When i created My account, and wanted to use The e-mail adress that i allways use, it said that it was allready in use. 

The problem is, that at The time i created The account that Im using now, i never before created an account. 

I have tried to login with My old email adress but dont know The password. When i click on "forgotten My password" i dont get Any mail send so that i can make a New password. I have checked My "junk-mail" But nothing comes up.

Please help, so that i can use My regular e-mail.

Hi @LeXieTasten, I edited the e-mail address as having them out publicly is not the best idea. We can of course help you recover the account and change the e-mail address however we would need you to contact us via live chat so we can pass through the standard verification. Only after that would we be able to adjust the details of the account. Our Live Chat service is open 24/7 and at your disposal whenever you have 10 minutes to chat with us :)
