My suggestion is that instead of 'most liked authors' (both on main page and sub-boards) - there could be a list of community mods (in main page and all sub-boards) and other Unibet employees who are specific to that board (Fredrik in Casino, Andrew in Poker etc) - and it could show if they are online now or not - so when you have a problem that needs a quick reaction, then even new community users would know which employee to tag in their post on different boards and if any of the mods are even online currently.
