Cant cashout becouse the support hasnt check'd my accounts confirm.

About week ago i tryed to cashout but it asked my name.. creditcard.. creditcardnumbers within a photo. So i did it. Now i have been waiting for my money but nothing has came. The thing is that it says it takes around 3-5 days but it has been over a week already. Help?

 Hello,

After sending all the documents required,did you check if your account has been completely verified?You can do that by going to :  My account  --> Verifiy my account --> and see there the status of your account.

Depending of the time you've sent your documents,i presume it was this week,or late last one,also bare in mind that the account verification can take up some time,maybe a few days.And only after your account if fully verified,and everything is in order,then they will proceed with the withdraw.

So the best thing to do is to verifiy the status of your account ( if everything is ok or maybe you need to send more documents ) and after that you can ask Live Support if your withdraw has been processed or wait until one of the guys will have a look at your situation and they will help you sort things out for you extremely quickly :)
