nat Posted November 21, 2016 Share Posted November 21, 2016 I AM CLOSE TO CLOSING MY ACCOUNT VERY DISAPPOINTED HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE I JOINED E.G LOGGING IN (TOO MANY TECHNICAL PROBLEMS) GETTING DISCONNECTED FROM GAMES/TOURNAMENTS FOR NO APPARENT REASON. HAD TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE MORE TIMES THEN I HAVE PLAYED AND JUST KEEP GETTING FOBBED OFF. HENCE WHY I AM DUBIOUS OF SPENDING MORE MONEY/TOPPING UP. I FIND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHEARTENING IF THIS CONTINUES ANY LONGER I WILL SWITCH POKER SITES. The guys in the poker and tech team have been trying to fix the issue throughout the weekend, but unfortunately it's difficult to find a solution this time, and it takes longer for us to solve than usual.I'll post in this thread as soon as I hear that the issue is fixed, so you won't need to contact customer support regarding this.
