Your offering a service on a platform that it lets me register a load of tourneys on why would i have to download a new browser when im on a final table and deep in turboes.Im playing on 2 other sites and theyre working fine. im now being blinded out .... JeppeL Posted November 18, 2016 Share Posted November 18, 2016 I'm very sorry to hear about this poor experience , I've checked your hand history in the back office and it's indeed very unfortunate to experience connection issues, especially while being on a FT - when poker's supposed to be the most fun.Which browser were you using? mugmaster200 Posted November 18, 2016 Author Share Posted November 18, 2016 chrome, its worked fine for months except for maybe 1 or 2 days, and today i was deep in turboes and final table... and it just freezes and doesnt let me log in... 100 euroes down the drain.I think im registered in 1 about this starting time if u wanna unregister me so its not wasted euroes. mugmaster200 Posted November 19, 2016 Author Share Posted November 19, 2016 Ok i did the steps they suggested (below) and the client is working again so ill give it a go again, they said i have to wait for poker team to pay me back for screwing me out of final table and my deep runs. 'Regarding your poker issue.There seems to be a Technical Issue with the Poker Client at the minute.Could you kindly follow these instructions -1-delete cookies and cache from internet explorer regardless of which browser you are using.2- Uninstall the client and delete the Skywalker appdata folder before reinstalling "%appdata%\com.relax-gaming.skywalker\" Skywalker folder (it is ok to copy that address ti windows Explorer)' Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
