This occurs also sometimes to me. Restarting the client works 95% of the times for me :)

It seems to occur with me when my connection gets lost :D

I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.

You won't lose tickets. You can extend here: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Ticket-exchange/bd-p/poker-ticket-exchange

Try restarting your computer and see if problem is solved. This usually happens when your internet connection is a little unstable.

If problem isn't solved then try the browser client in the meantime.

I debate
Should I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is great
Or should I let the world see the real me and not hide this pain
I tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can't
I'ma probably die this way

In a different thread suggested changing the country from the drop down menu when logging in. Can you try this and see if it works?

Try deleting cookies/cache in your default browser, download latest Java and Flash player, uninstall the client and when you reinstall, make sure to right-click and "run it as administrator", you can also try to turn off your anti-virus program and firewall (they might be blocking the access) - also check if you can open unibet.com and unibet page of your country in default browser, maybe you have connection issues with those sites - you can also check if the browser version of software works for you

Sadly no dice with that. Flash & Java are latest versions, I'm on OSX so run as administrator is not applicable & I have no firewall / antivirus running. The site is loading fine in the browser and the browser based app works but still just a white box when I press login on the installed app (which I've deleted and reinstalled)...

Support have escalated the issue I'm told as they can't see what's wrong.

Ho Hum.

Apologies for the issues some of you are experiencing. Considering the number customers who have reported a similar issue, there must be something from our end causing the error. Our poker team has been working on solving the issue today but they haven't found a solution yet. I'll keep you updated in this thread.

Same problem here, I could log in twice after hours of trying, today and yesterday. Also I would like to add everything in the interface is unclickable, except log in (register, forgot your password links ; language dropdown unresponsive). Hope that helps solving the problem. Pretty bad timing, my bootcamp points are taking a big hit, also ~20 buyin downswing this week. :teardrop:

For anyone still having issues getting logged in on the client I've found a workaround that works for me.

1. Log into the web beta client and have it load.
2. While still logged into the web beta open the desktop client and log in. It should log you out of the web client and successfully into the desktop one.

Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
