Blocked account

Welcome to the community, ! Thanks for posting your question here :)

As far as I can see, your account hasn't been blocked at all. The only activity I find on your account from this morning is a successful login attempt around 9 am CET.

What error message did you get when you tried to log in? Have you experienced an issue like this before?

This was the first time I couldn't log in.

Just above my ID and password, "Your account is blocked" was appearing. It was 8 am, I tried to send an email to befr@unibetsupport.be because the live chat was unavailable, but the email failed to reach befr@unibetsupport.be.

And at 9 am I could succesfully log in. End of story

 The issue wasn't with your account, but instead market wide and unfortunately quite a few customers had trouble logging in at the same time you described. I'm sorry about the inconvenience caused, but happy that it was sorted fairly quick and the site was back and functioning an hour later. info-benl@unibetsupport.be
