Poker loyality points not received

Hi, I participated in the Unibet poker winter challenge, but got no points for it, because for some reason the rake is not marked in the poker client even though there was a 20€ rake for this event, which should translate into 2000 points for all the players.

Isnt that a live game?

you dont get lotalty points for live games, not for UO or UK games. If yo do can I have back dated points :)

Oh ok, I did not know that, thank you for your answer.

But , why don't you get loyalty point for live tournaments? Seems to me like a completely unreasonable and unfair system, because you are still paying the rake for the tournaments, does not matter if it's live or online.

Lot more cost involved with a live game, pretty sure no one is going to be making any money at a 200e buy in game(based on UK tour) 

UK tour is about 200 players at 20e rake, so 4000e total rake. 

10 dealers a day for both day 1s, tournament director,valets, Unibet staff,photographer,giveaways,last longer etc etc

soon eats away all that rake.
