Information about "200% bonus + 50 Free Spins" completed slightly inaccurate

I got my 200% deposit bonus completed, mostly done on sport bets.

I also got a 50 free spin bonus at the same time which I haven't completed, I did my 50 free spins won about 4 Euro (no biggie) and haven't played much in the casino since that.

it's in Swedish, sorry, but it looks like all is completed but the 4 Euros is locked to the Casino. I accept that, totally cool, but there's no info about progress and when it will run out.

My point is that it is confusing and will probably cause unnecessary support tickets for you guys. 😃

I simple solution would be that you only add a little note:

*Wins from the free spin bonus need to be spent x25 before it is withdrawable or spent in other areas than the Casiino.

----------

And I have a question: Will the free spins win be lost after 30 days from starting the account in the same way as the betting bonus would have been if I wouldn't have completed it in time.

Btw, turned my 20 Euro deposit into 70 Euros so I'm cool with losing the casino money.

Welcome to the community and congrats on your win. :)

First, to answer your question, I'm pretty sure the freespin bonus expires after 30 days if you haven't completed the wagering requirement before then. But there's always a chance to win some more, so it might be worth trying to clear it. 😃

I'm not sure if you can make a withdrawal while you still have that active freespin bonus on your account, though. If not, you'll probably get a message about it on the withdrawal page. Otherwise, you'll have nothing to lose if you try to clear it afterwards. Assuming you want to withdraw your winnings now that is.

I agree that the freespin bonuses can be quite confusing and the rules should be made a bit clearer. I've tried to find some info about which part of the balance is used first when you have both a freespin bonus and real money on your account, as well as what rules apply when it comes to withdrawals if you've completed one bonus but not another, but I haven't had any luck so far. Hopefully can clear this up for us - and perhaps add the missing info to the bonus rules on the site as well? 😃

Thanks for your answer @Valkyrie and confirming my guess about the 30 days.

My only issue with this is that it looks (see image) that the free spin bonus is completed. But that's most likely because the name of the promo includes "+ 50 free spins" and it just a single line of text, not 2 separate promotions. one promotion with two qualifying thingys. that's why it's not easy to fix, except for my little suggestion.

Good luck @Valkyrie with Qualifying to the Unibet Open, if you didn't already win on your first try. 😃 I saw that you're a community superuser!

Hi

Well placed bets using the bonus! I will send a private message with information regarding your casino free spins bonus and hope that clarifies the situation.

Thanks for stepping in ! I agree that the free rounds and the progress can be made clearer and will discuss this with relevant teams. Thank you both for the feedback!

Fredrik

I'm not 100% sure about the 30 days, but I hope @Fredrik-Unibet helped you sort everything out. 😃

And thank you, I actually chose to opt out of that promotion due to some RL stuff, but I appreciate the well wishes none the less. 😃

Yes, I got my answers, thanks  .

It was the same as for the betting, 30 days with 12 days left. (Note to anyone else with the same question)
I'm not really a casino player, I prefer poker and sports betting (might throw in a bet on Hillary though) so i won't hang around here much.
Hopefully there are some nice ppl in the Poker forums too. 😃

Glad it worked out, . And one thing I can confirm is that there are loads of nice people in the Poker section as well. :)

Btw, the main reason I brought up some of those questions was because I've been wondering about them myself, so I was hoping for a reply here as well. But I just realized I might have worded some of my speculations a bit weirdly, so for the record I didn't mean to suggest or condone anything that's against the rules, I was merely pondering if it was allowed to make a withdrawal when you have cleared one bonus but still have another one active? Assuming it's not(?), I apologize if I accidentally gave someone bad ideas. It was not my intention.

Hi

In response to

" I was merely pondering if it was allowed to make a withdrawal when you have cleared one bonus but still have another one active?"

When the requirements to convert the bonus to cash have been completed the funds become withdrawable and it is allowed to withdraw that part. If you have a multiple bonus (such as some funds locked in a free rounds bonus), those winnings cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are met. Funds are automatically converted into real money (meaning they can be withdrawn) when the requirements are met. So no worry if you can withdraw fund :)

Hope that clarifies the situation!

KR, Fredrik
