Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site/client! Yesterday there was a general issue affecting all customers, but apart from that, we haven't really had any general issues this week. If you were affected by the issue yesterday, you can request compensation. If you request compensation, we'll need a hand ID or an exact time :)

I'm afraid I can't really help further, with the information you've posted. I'm happy to look further into it, but I'll need some more details about the issues you're experiencing :)
