live support oddity and query about qualification for double trouble tournament

Hey Unibet,

Just a quick query, I'm not sure how much I've lost at cash on Unibet the past week (I think I've lost over 200 euro overal but not sure how much of that was sngs etc).

I just tried to get this verified with live support, but the chat agent when I asked said, no agents are available until 7am... which seemed odd as they were already talking to me :D just wondering if you had some system problems, or if you wanted to check the chat in case I was given wrong advice :D

Secondly, can someone let me know if I've qualified for one double trouble tournament or both in the current qualification period, as I am planning my Tuesday evening, many thanks!

Live chat was probably referring to 'Poker agents' as when you make a request for stats or anything poker related it gets passed from teh first poerson you speak to onto a specialised poker team (I think :))

I've you've actually cleared the €200 loss between Monday at midnight and tonight at 23:59 then you should be good for both.

On a side note, the Double trouble promo page (well the uk one) does not state what timezone the promo runs from.

Yeah Andrew said before anyone should be able to run these reports in live chat, and that was about 6 months ago so thought I'd flag in case someone wasn't doing their job properly. They didn't say poker agent, just no agents are available until 7am. But yes not the end of the world.

Yeah if you lose 200 you're good for both, but i'm trying to find out how much i've lost :D

The agent must have been referring to our 2nd line support, who should usually be able to have the report created.  Did you get in touch with support again and had it solved? :)
