Withdrawal On Hold

Hi!

Hoping I've posted in the right bit here!

I won a decent amount of money Sunday night and requested to withdraw it. The withdrawal is "pending" and says if any details are needed it'll be in the verification section. There's nothing there.

I've contacted CS who told me 3 days to get verification done and for funds to be released. But I've still not heard anything from Unibet regarding the withdrawal and am getting a little worried. The winnings are for a car that I'm meant to be picking up tomorrow and if I don't get the funds in, then I'm kinda screwed  

I just want to know what's going on, as literally nobody can give me an answer and I've tried chatting to CS online and via phone.
