Accidentally exchanged points to wrong tickets

Hi. I bought tickets for the first time and accidentally chose PLO4 and PLO10 (x4) tickets instead of some stakes I would actually be interested in spending enough time playing on. Can you please reverse this and put the point back so I can use them for something else. Thanks.
