Loss limit vs deposit limit

Hi,

I have hit my loss limit this month but was under the impression that it had been phased out with the new net deposit limit replacing it as the preferred safer gambling loss prevention method - however I have not been able to enter any more poker tables due to the fact that I've hit my loss limit and cannot even find the page where the loss limit used to be. I still have loads of money left on my net deposits as well

I managed to solve my problem with the help of support - I think I had just tried to play before the update was fully implemented but now I am not having any problems. Thanks so much!
