Bigglesworth Posted November 27 Posted November 27 I'm writing here on behalf of my mom, who is unable to log into Unibet Poker on her phone. We live in Denmark and use MitID as method to log in. Everything seems normal until the final step after the MitID login, where it should take her back to the Unibet app and complete the login process - instead she gets a blue screen (like it goes back to the MitID app), and if she goes back to the Unibet app, it's now asking her to do the login process again. She has done this multiple times, so it's just a loop. What we have tried so far: - Updated Unibet Poker - Updated MitID - Uninstalled Unibet Poker and installed again None of these solved the issue. The only error message she has gotten is the one attached to the post - hope someone can help out!

I can't look up another account on your behalf, so your mom would need to post here herself, or reach out to customer support on the live chat. Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions.
