Bonus & Promos Netherlands

Hi,

I am a player at Unibet Poker with quite some volume, trying to make a living out of it. However, in the Netherlands there is no form of bonus/rakeback. MTT’s are still good without, but for the Banzai / NLH part it would be better that there would be some form. I know it has to do with Dutch regulation, but GG Poker also offers some form of rakeback. Why can this not be implemented on Unibet? 
 

Another thing, is that because I play a good amount of hours, which I need to make money, I got completely locked out of all the promo’s, so now I can’t even earn some tickets. This is ridiculous in my opinion, and I hope you could look into this.

• Responsible gaming related bonus blocks. We are working on improving this setup, and it has already been improved on since your block was applied.
• Loyalty. This is an ongoing discussion. I would of course love to be able to compete at equal terms with GG
• Manual removal of blocks. Unfortunately nothing to do about active blocks, but as you probably know, they will expire.

I share your frustration, but rest assured it's something we're aware of and will be working on improving.

@Stubbe-Unibetthanks for your quick reply! Hope it’s sorted when the block expires. Is there anything to say about how the ‘loyalty’ part is being discussed right now? Personally, with what I rake it is an important part for me, to decide on where to play in the upcoming future.

It will at least be improved a lot by then (the blocks system). Can't comment on the loyalty I'm afraid. It's a topic we've discussed several times over the last few years, so don't get your hopes up. Again, I would of course love to offer loyalty in NL, but it's not a decision that sits with the product team.
