fix preflop betting bar / allow playing more than 4 tables in browser

Fix the preflop betting bar, since when a player opens the hand it changes to postflop, it is impossible to play like this, tremendously uncomfortable.
And allow us to play on 6 tables at least in the browser, since BoaBet does not have software, at least allow us to play on 6 tables in the browser, it is impossible to make hand volume only on 4 tables.

For the table cap, I'm afraid it won't be increased anytime soon, due to some technical complexity.
