I need some help. I saw today that Unibet poker was close and mooved to boabet. When I tried to connect on boabet I was told that the site does not allow cross-site login. I don't know what to do. I send an email to the support of boabet but I'm really worried. I couldn't do anything on Unibet.com I had to create another account to post a message here and asking for help. @Stubbe-Unibet. I want to make sure my balance is still there and that I can play on boabet.com

Just making sure that you don't happen to be from any of these countries?

UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Estonia, Malta, Finland, France

I'm from France But I'm living in malta right now and when I created my account I was in malta so I don't understand. The Customer service from boabet told me that my account is indeed in  malta so I should not be affected by the change. @Purps

Yeah I don't think anything should have changed for you. Certainly you shouldn't move to Boabet. I'm from Finland, so Unibet stayed the same for me and I got the same message than you did when I tested what happens if I try to login to Boabet, which got me thinking that might be the case for you also.

I'm just a community member though, so I suggest you wait for Stubbe to give you a proper answer. He is super busy now, but I'm sure he will be able to help you further once he has time to visit the community 🙂👍

Alright, got my account back. Apparently it was because my account was set with the French language that It made it bugged and I wasn't able to connect. The support change the language remotely and everything is working. Thank you very much @Purps for the quick and prompt answer, it was very appreciated. I'm gonna send a message to @Stubbe-Unibet to tell him everything been worked out so he doesn't have to bother with that.
