No Contact After Winning UDSO Package

I recently won a 1,500 Euro package for the Unibet Deep Stack Open (UDSO) and was excited to participate. However, it’s been 6 days since I won the package, and I’ve yet to receive any confirmation or details about my travel, hotel, or tournament entry.

I reached out to Unibet support yesterday, and they said they would escalate it to the organiser,  but I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. I’m unsure whether I should go ahead and book my flight and take vacation time from work or wait for confirmation from the organiser.

Congrats on the package 

Event organizer should contact winners within 5 working days ( according to the terms ) , so if you won the package last Thursday or so, it is possible that they simply haven't just processed your win yet.

Worth checking your e-mail spam folder though. There's a small chance that the message has gone there.

 

@Stubbe-Unibet may be able to give you more exact instructions when he sees this, as he is the sole staff member here currently

Oh and if you are worried about the ticket expiry date, there's no reason for it.

It's just a placeholder and it doesn't matter at all if it happens to expire

@Stubbe-Unibet thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I have not received any email from the organiser. I just sent an email to the email you provided,  lets hope they response quickly  Also, from the UDSO page (Annecy event), I found an email to "Alex". Would it be a help to include him in the email conversation?
