Platform disconnected

Hi, 

Yesterday around 19:00 I was disconnected from Unibet and I had 6 tables of hexa pro of 1 Euro open.
None of the tables reconnected. Why was I only refunded 2 euros?

AGAIN,...

I didn't claim and funds back last time, but this is just frustrating. Especially when you spend hours building a stack. I'm currently big stack in 2/3 games. @Stubbe-Unibet

As before, can't access via phone either. Other sites divide prizepool accordingly when this happens. Appreciate any updates. Thank you.
