Is there a way to track how many flops i've seen? Can you create a counter for missions like this?

There's no great way to track the progress at the moment. There is a bigger project for improving the whole promotional display within the client, but it's several months away from being released.

One way you could keep track is by buying a cash game ticket, as that's counting the number of flops seen with the ticket.
