Sorry to hear you're having this issue! I'll provide some general guidance here, which will apply to both your particular issue but also most similar incidents that might occur in the future.

  1. First, try to simply close and reopen the application. It won't work that often, but given how simple it is, it's worth a try (and it does sometimes work).
  2. If simply closing and opening the app doesn't do the trick, the next step will depend on your device:
    1. Windows app. You will need to delete the local cookie file for the client. This can be done by navigating to C:\Users\[your username in windows]\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker\cef\Network (file is called Cookies). As AppData is a hidden folder, it might be easier to follow the steps on the picture below.

    2. Mac/OSX app.  Open Finder, click 'Go' -> 'Go to folder' in upper left task bar. Search for '~/Library ' in the window that pops up. Then go to the 'Caches' folder in the Library. Find the 'Unibet Poker' folder and delete it.
    3. Android app. The below steps can vary between Android versions and models, but you should be able to find a guide for "Deleting app data" for your specific phone, on for instance Youtube.
      1. Open Settings and then scroll down and select "Apps".
      2. Tap the "See all" option at the bottom and then find and tap the Unibet Poker app.
      3. Tap Storage and cache and clear storage/delete app data
    4. iPhone/iPad app: On iPhone and iPad, the easiest is simply to uninstall and reinstall the app. If you're asked whether you wish to delete app data in the process, choose yes.

@Stubbe-Unibet

I finale got there.

Uninstalled the Unibet software with help of another program to get a full uninstall.

Then installed the program again and now it works.

For other people with the same problem on a Mac.

I used AppCleaner found on freemacsoft.net

Hope it's safe to use. Use it on your own risk.
