money comes and goes but trophies stay. 
but where are my series avatars and others, 1m Hand that I recently got.
You can't give them back to us. I bleed your site without norakeback and my trophies are taken away, you are hard

It's technically a completely new account with nothing carried over. For now, there's no immediate solution for the avatars

And as you take care of your customers, I hope you will find a solution. With your team I am sure you can do it, at least the trophies won in the series all the players care about I suppose. Thank you for your quick response. We are not responsible if our account had to be reset for the law.

I played football for 30 years and I kept all my trophies. On your site I bought in 160k in 3 years. I won the supernova trophy and the SPC high, and others. And the only answer you give is: This is a new account, we can't do anything. Well, I won't play on your site anymore until I get my trophies back. I'm going to switch to GG poker. As long as you don't respect your customers, I won't put in another euro. No apology message, I have to go to the chat myself, Capcha when you had a disconnection, tables still not at 7 players. You are fucking amateurs and don't deserve your customers

Just going to quite my previous post:

This does NOT mean the avatars won't be sorted. It just means there's no solution right now, as in today. We are looking at manually moving over the avatars, but this is a manual action that'll require players to first set up the new account, so there's the link between old and new (we can't move things to an account that doesn't exist). Therefore, I'm thinking of waiting another week or two, to ensure more players create the unibetcasino account and establish the account link.
It's also not confirmed that the above can be done, but it should be feasible
