session limit and rakeback(Netherlands)

Hi guys,

Anyone knowing about the sudden session limit changes? Ive had a 140hour weekly limiet, thats is changed to 100, and i cant put it back to 140 in settings. A couple a weaks ago, i played only 20hours(120 left to play) and then all of sudden 0 hours left and i couldnt use my account. Feels really weird to me. And yes 140 makes a big difference instead of 100 hour. 

2nd question, is there any news on rakeback(loyalty program) for dutch players. Currently there is none, zero. No bonusses, nothing.
