Captcha on poker login - I AM NOT A ROBOT

I am very upset, because all the time i want to log in it show me I AM NOT AN ROBOT,  and I am loosing 10 minutes untill I log în.

After that, I consider, that from 1st of October, to quit playing from this platform.

Get them as well basically every time I log in from around 17th of June when I reinstalled the client (maybe not related, but just a coincidence though). Only get them when trying to log in to the desktop poker client, not when logging in through the web client which I use daily as well. I am using my own personal home internet connection of which I am the one and only user. Don't get the captchas on any other sites. Super frustrating to say the least that this has still not yet been resolved after such a long time.

I'm having the same problem on the client, wearing out my mouse by having to do 20 - 30 Capcha's before loggin in

Last week has been a mixed bag, had a few times when I had to do half a dozen captchas but often logging in without them.

Interesting thread - Over several years, I don't think I've ever had to complete a captcha when logging into the poker client. 

Perhaps I've just been lucky!

It was the same for me, I felt lucky, blessed I could say hearing peoples stories. Until the curse hit me the past 2 days. Sometimes I can login smoothly with no captcha, other times I find myself clicking on bicycles and hydrants for minutes until I give up and restart the client hoping the captcha beast is resting.

Yes it does get very annoying when you have to do it most times even after already been logged in and you close out of the app for a few minutes and it makes you log in again and the pictures never appear right when you do it correctly so takes ages while your in a tournament also.

We've made a small improvement to this. There's a bigger project to improve the implementation, but that's not expected before the summer of next year

As a general rule I'd recommend to have Unibet installed on another device in case issues like this happen. The transition from desktop to phone is smooth. Also no captcha on phone (for me atleast)

Hello,im having this issue aswell and is very frustrating because i do lots of small sesh an close the client for 20-30min and be back and i lose 5min+ sometime to login.

Though to add to this topic as well. Last week or so I need to do captcha almost always and it sometimes requires around 10 tests before letting in. No idea how is this implemented but it seems absurd that it happens this frequently.

I have try to log in the pokerclient for almost 15 minutes, and the f.....g Verify pictueres never stop.. What is going on?

Deleting the network folder from C:\Users[your username in windows]\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker\cef\Network should help with this issue, at least temporary until it gets fixed for good.

I am really sorry about this one guys. We're unfortunately still not entirely sure why it's happening, but it is getting attention, and I am pushing it internally.

As mentioned above, it often helps a lot to remove the cookie file, or just that entire network folder for the app.

F#cking annoying these captcha's.
Sometimes feels like impossible to solve these! What the hell am I not seeing on some of these?!?

Today when I logged in I had to do captcha IQ-test for about 5 times and when I got in there was some poker client error, had to close it and do the IQ-test again.  But no client crashes during a short session felt great.

it is now MAy 2025 and im still having this dang im not a robot issue

i reported it last thursday and they sayd yeah we had technical difficulties(couldnt do my bronze heavenly flip which they as always ofcourse demand a screen shot of it!!next day it was fixed but no bronze token got back

than sunday again same problem no heklp from ubivet gekpdesk demanding screenshot again a never ending story and totally not helpful i fixed it myself by giigling and viewing youtube video where you can add an chrome app that blocks captcha...i could log in after words

but today again same problem logging in*checked chrome and block captcha is still on so probably something to do with the unibet poker app itself

Regarding unused tokens due to technical issues, I am currently working on refunds, which should be completed by tomorrow. As for CAPTCHA issues, some users have reported that closing the app, reopening it, and switching to full screen before attempting to log in has been helpful. this isn't guaranteed to work for everyone.

vossiwins, you have an old version. download the latest (v3.45.1) and see then.

make sure you choose malta as your region.

last month i got zero captchas, this month now after the latest update i have to do 1 puzzle. sometimes i get in without it.

no man i juast copied picture of gut who posted before i have newest version i even de installend my newest version from last week and installed it again than i deleted all cache and cookies on my normal browser and even did a yiu tube thingy where in my browser settings i added a new app some rechap blocker which solved the problem that night it did sunday but next morning same i am not a erobot issue again endlessly pictures pressing on and not going forward to the log in

It looks like it is getting worse with every day that passes. Just now I did at least 20 and didn't even log in. After a while I lose interest to even play.

It is the same problem as last time they tried to implement this.
