StineBustillo Posted August 17 Share Posted August 17 I have been trying to get help everyday for 2 weeks with support, but they wont/cant help and now they have just stopped responding to my emails… The short versjon is that I have 3 cards that they cant verify, because I dont have any more information. Because of this Unibet has had MY $300 on hold for almost 2 weeks now. (Everything else is verified, my account, my Visa card, my Bank Id, my personal information, and my bank account) I know this is not a place for customer service issues, but I am just exhausted. So, anybody with similar experiences or any advice for me? It just seems my $300 is lost and in limbo and that I will never see my money or a solution from Unibet.. I am just trying to stop a $300 wildrawl that has been on hold for 10 days now.. How hard is it just to credit my account or really any other solution. Also, I dont expect they will answer here either as they seem to just delete my emails and disconnects my chats lately. I just want to stop a $300 withdrawl and continue playing… K, rant over. You are not able to get any help with any casino or payment related issues through this platform. You can always verify ownership of cards, regardless of whether you don't have the card anymore or you're no longer a customer with the relevant bank. The bank must provide proof of ownership. If you're refusing to send in requested documents, then I'm afraid there's nothing to do. I assume customer support has explained the same to you on multiple occasions already?
