Live bet settlement taking ages

Your help section says something along the lines of "we aim to settle all the bets as fast as possible but it should not take longer than 30 minutes". Well, today I decided to make a bet with the special odds offered by Unibet for the Germany-Serbia Olympic Bronze medal match. The match, as we all know, has long finished, the bet is still unsettled. I have contacted the support 3 times, each time they tell me "we are creating a ticket, your bet will be settled ASAP". But, with all due respect, 3+ hours is NOT ASAP.

Just starting to feel like may be you had too many winning bets on this one and you are reluctant to cash in your losses...

Those under "Unibet Specials / Unibet Featured / Boosted Odds" on most cases take a lot longer to get settled than regular bets do...

Not saying that would be right, but just something I have noticed 

My guess is that those ones are settled manually, whereas most other stuff is somewhat automated....
