I made a mistake and bought the wrong item in the shop. Can I get a refund?

I bought a 5 seat SNG ticket instead of HU, and I also bought a €25 bonus by mistake. Is it possible to get these refunded to bonus points?

We all make mistakes, and we can definitely refund the purchased items back to bonus points. Just be careful with future purchases, as it's generally only something we do once or twice per customer
