Worried as withdrawal on hold

Bit worried after reading trust pilot and seeing my withdrawal is on hold as other times it's always paid out

Check the Trustpilot reviews of any gambling site and you'll see the low rating is just industry standard. We're a listed company and as long as you haven't violated the rules, everything will be fine.

There's a pending routine check for your account. Either your withdrawal will just be approved or you'll be requested to send in some documents.

Keep saying it'll be processed but no time frame

Still on hold.....never had a problem before

 

 

Now they're saying with their t & c they can hold and will review 

 

Was expecting money to go straight into account else I wouldn't have played extra

Have a withdrawal on hold since Friday and was initially told it would be processed Saturday morning and then reviewed on next working day.  Was told that it's just a random review but hopefully resolved soon.
