SNG (non-)traffic: pool segmentation ?

The traffic on SNGs seems to be almost non-existent. HU SNGs I often see stakes where there are 0 players in play. 5-max is a little bit better, but also there, I've never seen more than 5 tables active.

I can hardly believe that there would be so few people playing on Unibet, so I'm wondering if the player pool is segmented according to region. I'm in Belgium, and I would almost think that I am only playing other Belgians... especially as I see a fair number of screen names that reveal they are.

There is no segmentation happening. Or, France is a completely separate network, but other than that, everyone is part of same pool.

Summer weather has hit parts of northern Europe and June-early September is always with lower traffic than rest of the year

Ok, thanks for confirming! I love the Unibet poker app but wished there was some more traffic.

Me too. I'm done with Stars for a while and I like playing here but just wish there were more game selections. Having a few juicy tournaments starting weekend mid afternoon would be good. It would take a bit of investment in missed guarantees I suppose but I'm not sure how an operator grows otherwise. Or maybe that's not an objective, dunno
