Autumn 2023 Football Competition #3 ( Part 1/3, Friday 13.10 )

Third competition brings us national teams action with the continuation of EURO 2024 qualifiers. We will again also see some "smaller" teams being featured. Partly for us to have matches from all the timeslots, but also to have the majority of our contestants getting their home country included in the mix 🙂

 

We will be having a total of 4 football competitions here in the Community running prior and during the 2023 Autumn edition of the Community Poker League.

On each of the 4 competitions we will be making picks on a set of questions regarding selected matches from the European football schedule for 3 consecutive days.

 

To keep things as simple as possible, we will be using the community poll feature for submitting the picks.

Points for correct picks will be based on Unibet sportsbook odds and all the markets will be settled according to the sportsbook rules. You will see the potential points for a correct answer inside brackets (...) after every possible selection.

Highest total score over the 3 day period is what everyone should be aiming for 🙂👍

 

Opta stats will be used for settling markets regarding player performances.

 

Dutch-opt-in: 

Customers from the Netherlands need to opt-in to be able to win any prizes. You can do it by using the polls at the top of this post

 

Prizes:

Prizes for 8 highest leaderboard scores are credited in €5 Community Poker League tickets for the following weeks league events, and are as follows:

1st place: €40 ( 8 tickets )

2nd place: €30 ( 6 tickets )

3rd - 4th places: €20 ( 4 tickets )

5th - 8th places: €10 ( 2 tickets )

In the unlikely scenario that two or more players finish in a prize position with the exact same amount of points and tickets can't be split evenly, we will use the following rules to make the difference.

1: Most total correct picks during the 3 day period
2: Highest points scoring single pick
3: Poll submitted earlier on most days

 

Schedule & Deadline:

This poll will automatically close at the scheduled starting time of the first match, which is at 18:00 CEST on Friday ( 13.10 ). You will have no way of submitting your picks after the poll has closed.
Deadline for leaving picks for the 2nd part of this weeks competition will be at 15:00 CEST on Saturday, and there will be a new post about it published on Friday.

Customers from Denmark, Sweden and Belgium can not take part in this promotion.
Players from Netherlands ( only age 24+ are eligible to win tickets ) will need to opt-in before they will score any points for their correct picks.
Tickets will be credited before the first community league event of the following week.
Tickets will not be extended and are not exchangeable to anything else.
