Never messages in inbox Unibet and no prices Spring Club Casino

Hi

-I self exluded myself by the commission to take a time out for a few months. Since 1 month i can play again. But since that moment, i never got any message in my inbox on Unibet. Normally you get every day messages when you win a price from the Spring Club Casino or when there are promotions. But i don't get it.

-I played the last weeks in total on games for 3.200 euros, 900 euros,  800euros and never got my freespins from the Casino Club on wednesday while i am registered and previoust week i played for 815 euro. 815÷12×0.06=4 euros cash that i had to receive today but only received 1 euro.

I went to the chat a few times the last weeks, but don't get help. I am very disappointed. Think i have to play on another site in the following weeks.

Thank you for the information. But how can i know on which game i can find the freespins without getting any message?
