Account verified but blocks still active

I deposited a couple of times like normal a few days ago but when I went to withdraw I was asked to supply verification with blocks to services being added tot he account. I have sent all of the documentation through and it has all been verified but my features remain unavailable and the withdrawal still on hold. Why is this the case and I would of thought it was go back to normality straight away? I have over £400 on the account and a pending £50 withdrawal. Any help would be appreciated.

As you've violated the terms (which in this case you're obviously aware of) the account has been closed, winnings confiscated and deposits returned.
