Send the document type requested (not all documents with your address on them are valid as a proof of address, as an example) 2. Picture needs to be a decent resolution. Everything should be clearly visible 3. Entire document should be visible 4. In some cases, scans aren't accepted. Just use your phone and you're generally good Check the latest poker release notes.
