Loyalty levels reset even though I reached lvl 6?

Hi,

I barely reached lvl6 in loyalty program 1 day before month changed. I grinded hard to get that in order to not have my levels reset. It clearly says in the rules that if you reach level 6 you get to keep it. But now my levels are reset and am in lvl 1 again.. Could any mod check why I didn't get to keep it and was it a mistake by Unibet?

It's the bonus points multiplier that you get to carry over to next quarter, when reaching lvl 6 or 7. The levels still reset for everyone, you just get xx% more rakeback from day 1 of new quarter.
