Excessive CAPTCHAs

For the last week or so every single time I log in (always from the same PC btw) I get a hugely excessive amount of CAPTCHAs to complete. Up to 10 or 12 one after the other.

This is not a good customer experience, please would you sort this obviously faulty system out. I can see no good reason for even having it in the first place.

We unfortunately can't do much about the recaptcha score you're getting from Google. Your logins are flagged as highly suspicious - by Google - and hence the captcha triggers.

There are ways to prevent the captcha, based on the data we have on our end, but it's a fair bit of development work. There's ongoing work to improve the captcha implementation but I can't say when it'll be released

Don't know about others experiences but to me kindreds are onlyone with this problem so surely something wrong at your end too, not just google?

Haven't got many of them and none for weeks but i understand the pain in the ass if some get constantly them.

There's a difference between website and poker client, so no; there's nothing wrong as such on our end (on the website) 🙂

And as I mentioned above, it is possible to alter the flow so that captchas aren't triggered based on our own internal data on the login. This is fairly standard but unfortunately not something that we've implemented yet.

Never had captcha on client so i was talking about logging in to website. Just saying that other sites and casinos have captcha too and if/when you are onlyone suffering from this, logical conclusion is that it ain't just google and "nothing wrong at your end"

But all good, not my headache.

I've had this problem for the last few days. The solutions seem to be to login to the site on anything other than Chrome or to just login to the community forums on Chrome then just click the home link. Seems to bypass the captcha.
