Extrixnl Posted June 4, 2023 Share Posted June 4, 2023 Hello, Yesterday I played a deepstack tournament with a total buy in worth of 30 euros. Running great and had real potential to get to a payed place. After 3 hours I get the warning that my time limit is reached and that i can finish the tournament if i don't logout. Fine by me!. Shortly after I get my first crash. A white screen of death. Lukily enough after a restart my session was still ok 30 minutes after that another crash. And this time no session no more. I contacted support and the only thing they said we don't do refunds. So not helpfull. Atleast do a investigation where the fouls came from and compensate it if is your application that is crashing. Please see Customer support are right that we naturally can't refund for any issues to do with the session limit you've set yourself, but the white screen issue should be looked into Check the latest poker release notes.
