My first 2 teams won and then my last team needed to draw or win and they won 3-2. I put £10 on and I only got £10.85. I didn’t cash out at all throughout the game/games and I should have received £45-£50. They have scammed me for £30+ due to saying I cashed out at an earlier time which was false because I had a game myself. I didn’t check my phone and no one else has my account. I advise you to check those settings because I dont think Unibet would do something illegal to keep your 30£ 😉 I have been in this situations when I was shure for 100% they are cheating with something to make you win less... but in the end it always was my own fault and mistake to not read terms or change settings 🙂 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Are you saying someone else put your credentials on your device and cashed out the bet? Even if it had been a different device, it's clear you cashed out. Whether it was intentional or not, that unfortunately doesn't make any difference - we can't "refund" customers for their mistakes 😞 1 Check the latest poker release notes.
