I legit hit red 9 times in a row, and in total hit red 13 times out 14 times. How is that even possible?

Thinking that because red has hit 9 (or 10 or 11 or 12) times in a row then black must hit next is known as the Gambler's fallacy or the Monte Carlo fallacy, following a famous example in Monte Carlo in 1913 of black hitting 26 times in a row. It is known that an even chance hit 32 times in a row in an American casino in 1943, so your example is well short of what is extremely unlikely but still possible. You might never see red hit 13 out of 14 times ever again, but then you might see it happen again today.
