HI @Nemtudom

You need 8 runners for a place bet to pay top-3. Could it be that there were less than 8 racers on these races that you bet on?

Here are the place terms for greyhound racing:

 

  • In races of 5-7 runners we pay 1/4 odds 1st and 2nd places.
  • In races of 8 runners, we pay 1/5 odds 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
  • Where races have fewer than 5 runners, the place money goes all on to win.
