mistakenly registered for live satty..

Hi..

Im not sure if this is this right place to ask this question..not had any issues with unibet before to be fair.but tonight I registered to a 50E live satty by my mistake. I thought it was for a generic 50E online game.. long story short I havent been able to play any live poker for nearly 3 years due to the pandemic and then my wife got cancer and I am shielding ..please could this ticket be swapped for a 50E Online comp. I would dearly love to play live and I miss it so much but online is my only outlet these days.
