Losing introductory Bonus stuck

Hi, I am a new customer and placed a sports bet of £40, which lost I received £40 back in bonus, managed to bet £10 on another sports bet which won, now have £61 in bonus but can’t withdraw it or bet any more of it, it is just stuck

please advise

2) Claiming the bonus:

- Place a sports bet of minimum £1 with odds 2/5 (1.40) or greater.

- Each leg of a multiple bet must be over 2/5 (1.40) for the bet to qualify.

- Bets placed on horse racing, greyhound racing, trotting and/or virtual sports will not qualify for the money back as bonus offer.

- If your first sports bet wins, you have completed the bonus, you will receive your winnings and your stake.

- If your first sports bet loses, you will receive your stake back up to a maximum of £40 in bonus money."

 

 

then you should be able to bet. What is the error message, why can't you place a bet? This could help @Jami-Unibet to solve this case.
