This is the worst betting website I've ever played.

 

I'm just trying to withdrawal but unibet wants to proof of address and the other things. this is normal but I ALREADY sent my contract, my bank statement and my ID card (on my id they can find address info)

 

BUT STILL THEY REJECTED MY DOCUMENTS. AND I EVEN CAN'T CONNECT TO LIVE CHAT OR I CAN'T CALL ANYONE. 

 

HELLO IS THERE ANYONE CAN I TALK? I SENT EMAIL AND NO ANSWER. WHAT SHOULD I DO????

I have the same issue. I have already verified my account, and now that I'm trying to make a deposit, it says that my account needs verification. The best part is that I have already sent my verification documents and my account has been verified, and I've already placed bets AND on My Account --> Account Verification I don't even have an option to send the documents again because it says that my account has been verified. 

The chat link is not working and nobody is answering on Twitter or Facebook. I can't believe that on a site this big it's impossible to contact customer service.
