Bet dissapeared

Can someone help me? I had 1 euro on 4 rolls in monopoly. 8x multiplier dropped on it. I was in the bonus, and suddenly my betting amount was ‘0’. At the beginning of the bonus round it was ‘1’. Didn’t get any winnings, it was 1500x. Checked my logs for proof, it was gone. What can I do?? I can’t proof anything right now. I’m so disgusted.

HIya @Lisasl, better ask from the Live Chat support that, they can check the round and send it forward as well 👍
It's superfrustrating to end up getting some digital error on screen, that does actually happen in a world full of technology online, but hopefully it can be solved.

Oh, and try some other browser than firefox when contacting Help pages, they get apparently jammed still.

Thank you for your answer. But I did get in contact with the assist page of evolution. She told me to contact my casino. I did, he told me to contact evolution. As my bet disappeared from my betting history, I have absolutely no proof.

Damn. Yeah that sounds like the typical gaming-support -limbo where something glitchy happens, support can't see it, and legal prints in every game nowadays says it's customer's loss when it happens 🙄 Got one case few years back too that never would've been solved, if i wouldn't have taken a OBS videorecording of everything i gamble online after few too many technical issues.
Can't help much here as a customer, no-one can, but maybe some admins like @Jami-Unibet could when they get back to work tomorrow. Don't lose your sleep over it, sometimes things get solved in a way or another to customers favor. GL

Exactly, had things like this happen several times but I let it slip. But now it was a lot of money.. I wish I had screen recorded, always tell myself after some glitch that I will screen record everything. But yeah.. thanks for your replies! I really hope I will get justice!

Hey @Lisasl! Did you contact our CS regarding this? They wouldn't (shouldn't) tell you to contact Evolution as we will do that if there's any issues with the gameround. Do you know an exact or an approximate time when this happened so I can take a look at the round? 🙂

It was the round right after the round on the picture, as it disappeared from my history I can’t get the exact details, but it was right after 4 rolls, again 4 rolls. And I’ve put the same bet. The live assistant was not very helpful as she took forever to reply and then told me my last round was this one in the picture. But that’s 100% not the case.

I truly hope this will get solved rightfully @Lisasl

As Rushbie already mentioned above, we other customers are unfortunately unable to help in these cases - well maybe give some guidance and/or share our own experiences, but that’s that.

But it was good for you to reach out here! Now we have also Jami from the Unibet staff checking the case and that’s a good thing.

It is good for you to be proactive. At the same time, these things (sometimes) take time, especially on holiday times. Therefore, while I understand your frustration, I think it best also to stay calm and wait.

I’m sure that now he’s aware of things, @Jami-Unibet will follow your case and probably have some expert advice on how to move forward.

And feel free to ask, if something further comes to mind.

EDIT: And you can always contact Unibet customer service again, and ask for update on your case.
