This has nothing to do with bonuses. Got NOK 1000 before the WC started and I accepted it. Now I had played up the account to about NOK 4,000, which you just removed! Now I can't play, I'm totally shocked! I have been trying since yesterday to contact you. The link you attach is hopeless due to waiting. Is there a Norwegian contact I can call?

@Robberz456 please reach out to live chat. From what I can see, the bonus was cancelled after placing the bet but before the bet was settled (which would cause a payout of 0). Support are better at handling this kind of issue.

The bonus terms you accepted - as you say yourself - states the following in one of the first paragraphs: "the wagering requirement will have to be fulfilled within 30 days. Otherwise the bonus funds are permanently lost". In your bonus section you will have had the days left as well as wagering status (amount left) shown.
Yesterday these 30 days were up, the bonus was cancelled and the bonus funds were link.

There's nothing I can do here but the waiting time on the chat is normally just a minute or so (more around the time of WC matches). I of course understand you probably didn't read the rules or checked the bonus section - I've done that myself - and understand that it's a shit situation, especially when you managed to accumulate a decent balance!

This is complete madness. I had to deposit money since my account was "dead". You cannot take MY money just because you lent me NOK 1000. Take back the NOK 1,000 with interest when the alleged time has passed. You are trying to appear serious in order to enter the market in Norway. But this shows what the politicians warn about, that you are crooks. I MUST have back the money that is rightfully mine. The ones I deposited to get the bonus AND that I have also used to win games.

Hello again. It is a lie that I have not met the bonus requirements. Check it one more time and you will see it. You must count all bets that have been seen within the deadline you claim. Proof with numbers for me if you still think it's wrong. 20% of the account is/was mine from the start. It is robbery to take the entire account. If you don't answer, I will first put the matter on twitter with div tags. I will then contact a lawyer/ecocrime and submit a report.

But did you cash out the bet before the game was over?  Then the bonus requirement was not fullfilled.

This is not a chat, it's a public community. I can assist with anything poker related. I'm not able arrange a callback, but perhaps @Jami-Unibet is. You could also just jump on the chat and get in contact with customer support almost instantly.

As I just explained, according to the rules - which you accepted - the full amount was bonus funds, as you lost the amount which you deposited. Furthermore, your amount deposited is 16.6%, not 20%. 

Again, I totally get your frustration, but nothing I wrote is wrong. It's all factually correct, but that of course doesn't make it any less frustrating and I hope you can find a satisfactory solution with support.
