NO PHOTO ID

So after back and forth with my I'd explaining not everyone has photo I'd I found a post on here and spoke to chat sending my birth and marriage certificate along with another letter and they are still requesting photo ones which I do not have. Has anyone actually gotten their winnings by providing the above. I don't even care about my account anymore I just want my winnings so I can close it down or is there anywhere I can complain to sort this issue off site. Looking at past posts I'm not thr only one with this issue but this has been resolved for previous members

 But I’ve never been on a site that does this ever!! Jackpot joy or Costa bingo arnt like this. They should advertise that you can deposit but you can’t get your money back until they verify. So yes I’m not a happy bunny and will never recommend this site

Just because you personally haven't experienced it, it doesn't mean the processes aren't similar. The brands you mention, they operate - depending on market - under the same licenses and are legally required to request documents in some cases (it's in their terms and conditions as well)

Would be silly to advertise you can't withdraw without sending in documents, when it's a small share of customers that will need to do so 🙂  That documents might be requested, that is shown in the terms and in some cases you'll have messages on the site as well, if the automatic kyc upon account creation fails.
