PayPal withdrawals not available anymore and bank withdrawals don't work

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am trying to withdraw but I can't get it to work.

I used to deposit and withdraw with PayPal. Now I need to do it with bank transfer (it looks like PayPal option is gone in the UK now) but it doesn't work. When I try to withdraw by bank transfer, I get this error.

If I withdraw using the Trustly "Online banking" option, then when I submit the request it just loads the next page forever and doesn't move on.

Have the same problem live chat have advised via email the following

"Due to the closed-loop policy, as you have deposited with Paypal you will need to withdraw using the same method in order to close the loop."

However they no longer allow Paypal to deposit or withdraw

@sibrock

I'd try again with live chat explaining about PayPal, unfortunately some of the live chat personnel are not always up to date with the latest situations, so a prod might get you further. 🤞

"How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?"

I am in the UK and it is redicilous that they have removed Netwallets like Pay Pay and Neteller etc., but not updated there terms and conditions or deposit info as it clearly still says Pay Pal is an option yet it never shows when you look for it. I came to deposit today and I only use Pay Pal as don't like exposing my bank deets. So Unibet have lost my business over this decision. I ended up taking slightly less good odds at other sports books today for all my football and horse racing bets today. Lose/lose for both of us.

But if anyone from Unibet is in here how about updating your terms and conditions and deleting/updating your deposit methods information to match what you currently allow. Personally I think Unibet should be censured for not doing that - it's basic stuff making your T&C's / information match what is currently correct.
