withdrawal put on hold for more than 1 week

I have tried to withdrawn 3000 pounds and the transaction is still on hold after more than 1 week. I have already withdrawn previously and it took 30 min for the money to be in my account. I have called and written to Unibet several time to proceed with my payment. They say it will be done very quickly but nothing happens. 

I don't understand why they use these tricks to keep my money one time I was able to win something on betting.

There might be some routine checks going on that prolong your withdrawal. If everything is in order, you will get your money, so don’t worry.

As you have already contacted Unibet customer service, your situation is known. Of course, you could ask a status update via live chat, if you want. But I’m sure, they are handling your case. And since it is weekend now, that also slows things down a notch. Keep us posted!

I am really upset. My account has been frozen from November. 

At the beginning I was able to deposit and withdraw without any problem. Then I was able to win some money and they asked me for some documents to verify my account.

I sent them several times but they always find excuses saying the documents are not clear. 

I have opened an account in another betting company, with the same documents and it took few hours to verify my account.

During the last month they are even not replying to my emails.

It is quite simple: you need to send what has been requested or we can't verify the account. The requested documents also seem very basic, so I'm not quite sure why you're struggling so much sending it? We need a proper proof of address, which was sent to you by mail (not something you printed). Then we also need a picture of you holding your ID next to your face.

I have limited info, but from what I can see, there's good reason behind the document requests.
